Why did you get involved with MSTA?
I was told when I started student teaching that I needed to join a professional group, and I loved what I learned about SMSTA and how the money stayed in Missouri and was used to work with Missouri educators and legislatures. It only made sense that I joined MSTA when I moved into my role as a classroom teacher.

One of the highlights of 2024 has been getting recognized by a parent for the efforts I make with their child to help her succeed.
